Comprising the martial arts history of Korea, Kuk Sool Won™ is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts of Korea. As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won™ is extremely well-organized. It seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and traditional weapons training.
Training in Kuk Sool Won™ is a great way to build a strong mind and body. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing the core values and skills that create well-rounded individuals. At Kuk Sool Won™ of Rogers, our mission is to promote personal growth through martial arts training. We focus on building discipline, respect, and confidence in every student, regardless of age or skill level.
The Tiny Tiger classes are attended by 4 and 5 year olds. We focus on helping the students develop hand-eye coordination as well as develop sharing and social skills.
Our Little Warriors are ages 5 to 8. The focus for
this age group is increased attention span and self confidence while building on enhanced hand-eye coordination and
sharing and social skills development.
Our juniors are ages 9 through 12 . There is an increase in physical conditioning. With this age group, we emphasize self discipline, enhanced focus and concentration, practical self-defense training and character development.
Our youth are ages 13-17. They attend the adult classes where they build on the skills they learned as juniors, combined with
more of a total body workout, improvement in overall health
and highly effective self defense training.
Adult classes are attended by teens and adults,
ages 13 and up. Students engage in a total body workout
that can improve in weight loss (if that is a goal) and improvement in overall health. Students also engage
in highly effective self defense training.
